Services

Nothing from a template.

Most shops hide their pricing. Mine's all right here -- honest floors, no games. The exact quote comes after a short conversation about what you actually need.

How the relationship works

Every build comes hosted on a care plan -- it's how the site stays looked after instead of going stale a month after launch. Plans and pricing are further down, once you've seen the build options.

Essentials

A focused website, done right.

$1,000

Three pages, each earning its place -- who you are, what you do, and an easy way to reach you. Custom-designed, mobile-first, contact form wired to your inbox, hosted and live. Fixed scope, no SEO work, usually up in about a week. A focused site for a business that doesn't need ten pages to make its case.

With Caretaker -- $75/mo

Stays hosted and watched, small edits included, and someone to call when something needs to change. The recommended path.

On its own

A clean one-and-done. You get the build and the handoff, you host it yourself, and any change later is hourly. No plan required.

Windows desktop app

Native software for the shop floor.

When the work does not move to the cloud -- when it lives on a Windows machine at the back of a shop, or in the field -- a native app is the right tool. First year of updates and bug fixes is included; after that, $50/mo or $400/yr keeps support and updates flowing. Currently Windows only. Mac and Linux on the roadmap.

  • ·Native Windows app, offline-capable
  • ·Hardware integration where needed
  • ·First year of updates included
  • ·After year one: $50/mo or $400/yr for continued support

Care plans

Most builds come with a care plan.

Here's what that actually covers. Caretaker is the baseline -- hosting, monitoring, and a bit of monthly edit time. Steward is for businesses that want more hands on the work and a faster response. The one exception is the fixed-scope Landing page above, where a plan is recommended but not required. Plans start the month the site goes live.

Caretaker

$75/mo

For sites that need keeping alive without much hands-on work.

  • ·Hosting and SSL
  • ·Uptime monitoring
  • ·Monthly check-in
  • ·Up to 30 minutes of edits per month
  • ·48-hour response

Steward

$175/mo

For active small businesses that want updates without a piecemeal bill every time.

  • ·Everything in Caretaker
  • ·Up to 2 hours of edits per month
  • ·Seasonal refreshes
  • ·Content and photo swaps
  • ·24-hour response

Want to self-host?

Handoff docs are available on request. You take the build, handle your own hosting, updates, and support after launch. Most clients pick a care plan instead, but the door stays open.

Beyond the plan

$85/hr for everything else.

Work past your care-plan allotment, or any change to a site that isn't on a plan, is $85/hr -- billed in 30-minute blocks, with a real quote up front for anything substantial. Genuinely small fixes, a typo, a phone number, a price, don't get billed. That part's on me; it's not worth either of our time.

Add-ons

Common extras, priced separately.

  • Logo or brand mark$500 - $1,000
  • Extra pages beyond the base tier$150 per page
  • Stripe Checkout button on an existing page$500
  • Custom booking or checkout flowStarts at $1,500
  • Photography (business or product)Quoted per project

Not a fit

Some work I send elsewhere.

A few categories I do not take on. Honest about it up front so we do not waste a call:

  • ·Email marketing campaigns
  • ·Ongoing SEO-only retainers
  • ·Social media management
  • ·Branding-only work (logos as part of a build are fine)

How quotes work

The conversation comes before the quote.

Every project is scoped on a real call -- usually thirty minutes is enough. The starting prices above are honest floors for most jobs in each tier. Larger scope, more integrations, faster timelines, or specific tooling can shift the number up. The full quote follows in writing within a business day, line by line.

If the project does not fit -- wrong scope, wrong timing, wrong shape -- I say so on the call. Nobody benefits from a forced fit.
