Falls License Bureau

The Falls License Bureau needed a clear place for residents to check services, find forms, and see what to bring before a visit.

Northwinds built service guides, downloadable forms, office hours, and quick links to common tasks. An office-traffic guide shows typical busy and quieter times so visitors can plan their trip.

LiDMasters · International Falls, MN

A custom store, and the system behind it.

Northwinds built LiDMasters from scratch, from the storefront and Stripe payments to the admin tools that run the business. Orders, supplier integration, invoicing, customer emails, and reviews are all part of the build.

The storefront is one part of the work. Behind it is a full admin system for taking an order through payment, production, shipping, and customer follow-up.

Orders and shipping
Admin tools for managing orders, printing shipping labels, and preparing production sheets and packing slips.
Supplier integration
S&S Activewear inventory synchronization keeps supplier stock and product images connected to the store.
Invoicing
A custom invoice engine with line items, deposits, payment links, and printable documents.
Customer emails
Order confirmations, shipping notices, invoice emails, and scheduled review requests.
Reviews
Product ratings and customer photos, with admin tools to publish reviews and respond.

Aurora Waters and Tours

Aurora Waters and Tours needed to show visitors its tour, water-taxi, and guide services and make it easy to get in touch.

Northwinds built the service pages, gallery, and contact paths, with call, text, and message options throughout the site. The layout puts trip information and the captain's credentials where visitors can find them.
